Store Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient and smooth reception and delivery of frozen and chilled products
• Responsible for the movement of pallets within cold-room location as per requirements
• Perform and report monthly inventories of cold-room
• Ensure that all equipment (forklift, transpallette, delivery bay doors, etc... are well maintained, serviced and operational
• Ensure that proper housekeeping is being performed at all times
• Ensure that the adherence of all health & safety and quality policies and procedures
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimum service level

Profile

• HSC holder
• Ability to lead and supervise a team
• The ability to multi-task in an operational environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft office tools is required
• Problem Solving capabilities
• Good communication skills

• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work in team and under pressure
