We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Student Recruitment Executive to represent our school and cours- es, both locally and internationally. This role focuses on inspiring prospective students by showcasing the unique value of our programmes and guiding them to make informed decisions about their educational journey with us. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, understanding the unique needs and aspirations of each poten- tial student while presenting our programmes in an engaging and authentic manner. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of our offerings and values.
- Promote Vatel and the Hospitality Industry: build awareness of careers in Hospitality and Tourism, as well as Vatel’s programmes, locally and internationally.
- Represent Vatel with impact and professionalism: attend fairs, conferences, school visits, and open days, or any other marketing activities ensuring a lasting and positive impression.
- Build and maintain a strong network of agents at international level: ensure regular follow-ups and provide them with accurate and up-to-date information to effectively promote our programmes to prospective students in their respective regions.
- Engage prospective students: provide accurate information, guidance, and support to students and their families throughout the decision-making and enrolment process for a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with teams: work with marketing and admissions teams to ensure clear and consistent communication with prospective students.
- Facilitate enrolment: support the admissions team in ensuring a smooth and efficient enrolment process.
- Track and Report: maintain records and provide regular updates on outreach and enrolment activities.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Communication, or a related field
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with others, including those not under direct supervision.
- Proven experience in a sales or student recruitment role, with a track record of success
- Skilled in handling and resolving complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus on creating positive experiences
- Highly organised and capable of performing effectively under pressure and managing multiple priorities
- Valid driving licence
