Career Fair 2025: Eclosia supporting young talent
On 27 November 2025, several Eclosia companies took part in the annual Career Fair organised by Charles Telfair Education (CTE). Avipro, FTL, Maurilait, Ninety-Six Hotel Collection, NML, Odysseo, Panagora, Pick & Eat, PPI and Reneworld shared a common booth - a presence showcasing the diversity of careers within the group and allowing young people to get their questions answered directly.
From the 9 a.m. opening, the campus courtyard quickly filled up. Secondary school students, recent graduates and final-year university students came seeking guidance. For many, it was a chance to learn more about hiring companies and the skills they are looking for.
This year, 48 companies were present, covering a wide range of sectors: finance, accounting, construction, leisure, insurance, retail, logistics, hospitality, healthcare services, BPO and debt collection. A true snapshot of the Mauritian economy and its needs.
Throughout the morning, conversations flowed. Shiksha, freshly out of university, left with a full folder. “I’m thrilled to see how many opportunities are available here. I gathered all the information I need and will review everything calmly at home. My goal is to start working by January 2026.”
Théo, on the other hand, is looking for a temporary job before starting university next August. “The idea is to get my first work experience and save a bit of money to ease my mother’s burden.” He smiles - he found a concrete opportunity in a Management Company, for an administrative position.
Leena, a graduate in accounting, came prepared. With her CV in hand, she is aiming for a position that will allow her to grow while continuing her studies part-time. For her, the fair is a precious time-saver.
Ninety-Six Hotel Collection was offering positions in F&B, housekeeping, kitchen, front office and maintenance. “Young people want to know where they can grow. Our role today is to show them the range of career paths available in hospitality,” explains Annabelle Nayna, Human Resources & Talent Manager.
Just a few metres from the Eclosia stand, other companies also drew attention. DTOS was looking for client administration profiles. The finance sector was well represented, with Sovereign Group, Vistra, BDO, MCB and SBM presenting roles in accounting, compliance and operations. Carrefour offered opportunities in HR, sales, cashiering, purchasing and bakery. Velogic was recruiting candidates in accounting, logistics and customer service. BIA, Rogers Capital, Rey & Lenferna, RAPP, TEMSI, Aptis and IQ Era completed the landscape.
A dense, useful and hands-on event - and for many, a first step toward their professional future.
