Panagora: a new organisation to support the next stage

Jan 08, 2026

Panagora begins 2026 by opening a new chapter in its development. Arnaud Huck has been appointed Deputy Managing Director. This appointment comes with an evolution of the internal organisation, designed to strengthen Panagora’s efficiency and capacity for innovation.

Under the leadership of Junaid Muslun, Managing Director of Panagora, Arnaud Huck will be responsible for several key departments and will lead strategic, structuring initiatives for the company. Audrey Jouana is appointed Head of Finance and Transformation and will oversee the continuous improvement of Panagora’s processes.

With Arnaud’s appointment, several teams will be reorganised to ensure greater organisational coherence. Qadhafi Fatadin is promoted to Site and General Maintenance Manager under Arnaud’s supervision. He will be responsible for the maintenance, management and safety of all sites. Jocelyn Veerayen and Fayad Salamuth’s technical team will now be part of his department. Gino Amboule, OVA (Opération à Valeur Ajoutée) Manager, and his team will also come under Arnaud’s supervision, with an expanded role to explore new development opportunities.

On the commercial front, a new Commercial Manager will be recruited in the coming months. Shameen Ramjauny is promoted to Sales Manager, in charge of Traditional Trade and a new Business Unit dedicated to proximity Food Service, with Yannick Catherine as Sales Supervisor. The continuous improvement unit will also join the commercial division to strengthen after-sales service follow-up.

Finally, a new Product Development unit is being created and will be overseen by the Deputy Managing Director. This team will bring together Anjina Saddul, Head of Marketing & Supply Chain, and Yovan Jankee, Sustainability & Communications Manager. Together, they will coordinate the development and market launch of Panagora’s future ranges and brands, working with local and international producers as well as internal teams.

For Junaid Muslun, this new phase is fully aligned with Panagora’s strategic direction. “I am confident that this organisation will enable Panagora to maintain its long-term vision and strategic priorities. I thank Arnaud and all the teams for taking on this challenge.”
